Lifting tools services

We carry out technical assessments, verification, and documentation of, including but not limited to:

  • Static and dynamic load-bearing strength analyses

  • Compliance verification of lifting yokes, spreader beams, and custom equipment

All work is carried out in compliance with the relevant norms, standards, and regulations for lifting equipment.

Rigging analysis and load calculations

As part of our lifting equipment services, we ensure that all components in the lifting system function together as intended – including: 

  • Analysis of forces in wire ropes, chains, and lifting slings

  • Design and sizing of shackles, fittings, and connections

  • Assessment of supports and contact pressures

Supply of complete lifting yokes

In addition to calculations and technical verification, we can deliver complete lifting yokes as an integrated solution.

Through close collaboration with our experienced manufacturing partners, we can handle design and detailed engineering, production basis and drawings,qualified fabrication, technical verfication and documentation, and load testing – all consolidated into one turnkey delivery.

This ensures full integration between design, analysis, testing, and production of specialized lifting frames — providing a safe and streamlined process where we take responsibility for the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to certified lifting yoke.
