Through FE analysis (FEA/FEM), we evaluate how the structure performs under static, dynamic, non‑linear and fatigue loading to identify critical stress zones and potential failure modes early in the process.
We also utilize CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to analyse flow behaviour, pressure distribution, and thermal conditions in systems where aerodynamics or cooling are critical. By integrating multiple simulation disciplines, we enable the development of optimized, lightweight, and robust engineering solutions.
Simulation is used for both verification and optimisation. It reduces risk, enhances performance, and shortens development cycles —while ensuring that solutions accurately reflect real-world conditions in demanding defence-related applications.
Dynamic and extreme load analysis
We work with advanced analyses of extreme and rapidly evolving load cases, where explicit dynamics is applied to simulate complex events with very short time scales and significant material responses.
This includes blast and explosion loading, where we evaluate structural resistance to shock waves and fragmentation, as well as ballistic impacts with a focus on energy absorption and structural response.
These analyses provide insight into critical weaknesses and support the development of robust solutions for demanding – often defense-related – applications, for example in connection with vehicles and their protection levels.
